While technology industries have made strides in recruiting more women, it's important to build on the momentum.
In June 2019, female professionals from Rolls-Royce Singapore and the Boeing Company joined up to inspire some female students in Singapore with a glimpse of their future in the industry. Students had a taste of engineering feats through tours of Rolls-Royce's Seletar Campus, interacted with staff and business leaders, and listened to the challenges and opportunities ahead.
