Modern Slavery Statement 2025

This statement has been made for the year ending 31 December 2025 in accordance with the reporting requirements of:

Section 54, Part 6 of the UK’s Modern Slavery Act 2015;
Section 11 of Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act 2023; and
Section 3 of Australia’s Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).

This is a joint statement which applies to all parts of the Rolls-Royce Group, including subsidiaries and controlled joint ventures.
